The Organization shall:
- Provide its clinical providers with secure access to conduct reviews of patient medical records at the outset of the assessment process;
- Administer individualized clinical assessments that are evidenced-based, developmentally appropriate, selected based on patient need, and inform patient treatment plans;
- Include reasonable safeguards to mitigate risk when assessing behaviors dangerous to the patient or others; and
- Interpret clinical assessment results using language that is understandable and meaningful to the audience.
