The Organization shall:
- Deliver services in settings that support progress towards treatment goals and objectives;
- Have a process for evaluating the health and safety of all settings where services are delivered;
- Assign oversight from qualified supervisors in every service setting; and
- Ensure its owned, rented, or leased physical location(s) where services are delivered are compliant with applicable regulations.
